About Your Reading Tutor

As owner of Arrowsong Consulting, I have a passion for children and literacy. I was formally trained in the Orton Gillingham Method and am a Certified Barton Reading and Spelling System Tutor. I have enjoyed working with all ages, from very young children to adults. Working with such a variety of students, I understand that struggling to read affects the student not only on an educational level but on an emotional level as well. I want to help every student to learn, grow, and thrive, with a comprehensive approach to language and literacy using proven strategies, tools, and techniques.
